Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare the planning guidelines for temporary housing facilities and support for victims in Korea, the United States, and Japan. The stages of facilities in which victims can evacuate in each country were investigated, and the provision of space and service support for the vulnerable in the disaster was investigated. What I learned from the study was that compared to the United States and Japan, Korea was not systematically implemented, and space and service provision for the vulnerable in the disaster were insufficient. In addition, it was also found that the psychological stability of the victims was important through counseling or shared space.
