Abstract
Jeongdong apartment is one of the historical site for explaining korea’s residence culture in apartment. In 2020, seoul city hall geverment announced jeongdong urban regeneration project including Jeongdong apartment remodeling project. This project’s ultimate goal is to make Jeongdong to become one of the most famous historical tourist spot and preserve the old and historical buildings for a long term in safe. But Jeongdong apartment is not related with other historical buildings in Jeongdong and seoul city hall goverment’s project for Jeongdong apartment is not that effective way to preserve and attract visitors. so, in this work, I wanna suggest an another Jeongdong apartment project which is more suitable for seoul’s Jeongdong remodeling project. From now on, this suggestion will be focus on sustainable use of Jeongdong apartment.
