Abstract
 Songdo International City established a landscape plan for urban landscape management for the first time in the country, and has been operating it until now through revision and supplementation work. Ifez is creating and practicing a differentiated landscape planning management system to create the identity of Songdo, an international city. Songdo International City is striving to improve the competitiveness of the city through landscape formation. Landscape perception and problems of the current landscape were analyzed for residents living in Songdo International City. Landscape components were selected and analyzed to what extent they showed importance according to their contribution. By analyzing the landscape perception status of residents of Songdo International City and presenting improvement measures, we intend to provide basic data for the establishment and operation of an efficient landscape management system in the future.
