Abstract
This research shows that urbanization has accelerated, and areas that have been developed mainly for quantitative supply have become overcrowded, areas that are not included in development policies have fallen, and problems such as stagnation have occurred in alienated cities. started with the idea of trying to find its previous heyday. A design experiment will be carried out as a result of analyzing the place where the urban renewal new deal project of the country currently in force has been executed.
