Abstract
 Smart City is a method of solving urban problems that improves the quality of life of citizens and improves the sustainability of the city by utilizing innovative technologies in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. This paper found that Sejong Smart City's national demonstration city is vulnerable in four areas: transportation, health, environment, and safety.
It presents a plan to overcome urban problems expected in the above field through advanced solutions in Singapore, Taiwan, Finland, and Singapore. If this is reflected in the urban plan, Sejong City will be able to plan a better city by reviewing and solving the expected problems in more various aspects.
